Telling us something is wrong

If a step does not work, a guide is out of date, or we have missed a safety point, we want to know. Please include the guide title or address and what specifically is wrong — that is far more useful than a general report, and it means we can check and correct it quickly.

We would rather hear that something is wrong than have it stay wrong. Corrections are not a complaint.

What we cannot help with

We cannot give individual advice on your specific situation — a diagnosis, a legal position, a financial decision or a survey of your house. Guides explain how things generally work; anything that depends on your circumstances needs someone who can actually look at them.
